RivalFlow's copy options help you grab exactly what you need. We give you plenty of combinations like copying all questions and answers (usually for client approval) to copying just one answer at a time.

Here's how it's broken down and why you'd use them.

Remember, a single project usually includes multiple questions and answers.

Project-Level Options

Find these at the top of the project under "Copy to Clipboard"

Copy All Questions and Answers

The maintains the question-and-answer format so you can drop it into a separate document (Google Doc, Microsoft Word, Notion, etc.). It covers every question (not answered or partially answered) in the project. Add your branding to the new doc and send it out for client approval.

Copy Full Page Draft (new)

This blends all of the suggested improvements with your existing text. It's formatted with proper headers and ready to paste right into your editor. All you have to do is add images and links.

The improvements (new copy) are highlighted so you can see what's been added to your page or article.

Question-Level Options

Find these in the Copy button drop-down menu in the green box.

Copy This Answer

If you add one answer at a time to your article, this is the most common copy option to use. It copies the selected answer to your clipboard so you can paste it into your page editor.

Highlights

RivalFlow highlights parts of the answer that you might want to double-check before adding: locations, phone numbers, brand names. You can check the box to copy the answer with highlights if you'd like to keep that in place.

Other Copy Options at the Question Level

You will see the same Project-Level options here in case you need them while in the question.
